Features:

• Three thicknesses – 1/16”, 3/32” and 1/8”.
• Available in solid, 1%, 13%, 19% 36%, 38% and 42% perforations for varying degree of ventilation and weight.
• 13% and 19% micro perforation in 1/16” (1.6 mm) thickness makes an excellent light weight and breathable material for thumb or wrist splints without compromising rigidity. Great for the arthritic hand where weight and bulkiness is a concern.
• Coated material does not require lotion on the client or treating the heat bath.
“Wrap and Tack” Splinting Technique
Coated sheet surface to avoid accidental bonding but provides enough tack to hold a temporary bond for the “wrap and tack” splinting technique. Press the surfaces of REBOUND™ thermoplastic splinting material together and when cooled, the bond can be popped apart. Great for elbow splints or for any circumferential splints. Permanent bond can be achieved by distressing the surfaces or with a bonding solvent. Recommended for all upper and lower extremity splinting static or dynamic splints (finger, hand, arm, body, leg, ankle, foot, neck and face). Heating temperature: 65°C to 70°C (150°F to 160°F)
Thickness: 1 /8″ (3.2 mm). Heat time: 1 min. Work Time: 3 – 5 min.
Thickness: 3 /32″ (2.4mm). Heat time: 45 sec. Work Time: 2 – 4 min.
Thickness: 1 /16″ (1.6mm). Heat time: 30 sec. Work Time: 1 – 2 min.
